BLAK:STORY:SONG at Homegrown Cafe

Gaba Musik and Peace Run Records proudly present BLAK : STORY : SONG at Homegrown Cafe in Palwmoods on Sunday 21 June featuring Georgia Corowa, Andrea Kirwin and Layla Havana Barnett in concert.

Blak : Story : Song is a concert series that showcases and promotes intergenerational First Nations and Indigenous artists in a songwriters in the round style of performance.

Curated by Deline Briscoe (Yalanji)  the artists proudly present their works in a stripped back more intimate set that allows space for truth telling, deeper audience connection and inspired musical collaborations.

With doors at 1.30pm for 2pm show start, come along and enjoy a fantastic afternoon of songs and stories shared by these First Nations artists. Tickets are $40 entry and $30 concession, please book in advance so that Homegrown cafe can get an idea of numbers for catering.
